diaper rash was due to excoriation of perianal skin .. you can use rashfree oint , ezinapi ointment.. these ount contain zinc oxide which was useful for healing of skin ….but i need to ask a few question because diaper rash was secondary to diarrhoeal disorder … we need to treat diarrhoeal disease

You may apply any diaper rash cream such as Siloderm or Rashfree. Apply a thick layer after each bowel movement and wash the area immediately. If you use wipes excoriation will occur. Keep the area dry for a few days and consider diaper-free alternatives when possible. Be careful with the surrounding areas. The ointment acts like a raincoat and can be applied over the entire diaper area.
