Diane contraceptive 21 day pills

I have taken diane last cycle for follicular cysts and finished 21 day pills before 4 days. Today i got brown discharge and just spotting from mrg but no bleeding and no cramps. I see there is no period flow I am worried abut period flow now. Is it becoz of pills i am having like this? Also i need to take 21 pills in this cycle as well. Pls tell me from which day i should start? Also help on my period flow

Yes it's normal these are known to reduce the amount and duration of flow Thy should be taken from day one of the periods
