Please diagnose this either oral lichen planus or candidiasis.. Some drs diagnose OLP n some told candidiasis on tongue n OLP in cheeks.. Confusing

It’s not candidasis even if its OLP several treatments are available for that its not dangerous i will dissolve on its own consult for the medication and ointment
