Hello, I am diagnosed with endometriosis. I have several health issues. Suffering so much with poor gut health. I completely avoid dairy products. I follow vegetarian diet. But Many of fruits and vegetables doesn't suits me. I have migraine. Whatever I eat cause acidity. Don't know what diet i should follow. What treatment i should go for. Visited so many doctors near location but nothing works. Need help.
