Diagnosed hydrosalpinx and endometriosis

Diagnosed with hydrosalpinx and endometriosis.. My gynae has prescribed me about 10pills a day which includes revidox lb, cefolac, camyda, disperzyme, omez d, enteroflora.... Will these cure my problem.. Any possible side effects as I am also having thrombocytopenia
