Your symptoms—low blood pressure, numbness in limbs, chest heaviness, and occasional shortness of breath—may indicate a serious underlying issue. Possible causes include heart problems, nerve or circulation issues, electrolyte imbalance, anemia, or thyroid/adrenal disorders. Next steps: Please consult a cardiologist urgently. Important tests may include ECG, echocardiogram, blood tests (CBC, electrolytes, thyroid, kidney), and stress testing. Do not ignore chest heaviness or breathlessness, especially at rest.

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. Before that you should get a Complete Health Check up package from a reputed Laboratory. At 18 years of age the aim should be to find a cause for your symptoms rather than taking only symptomatic treatment.

Your symptoms — constantly low blood pressure, numbness in limbs, chest heaviness, and occasional breathing difficulty — are potentially serious and should not be ignored. These could be caused by several conditions, including: Cardiac issues: Low blood pressure with chest heaviness and shortness of breath could indicate heart rhythm problems or reduced heart function. Neurological or vascular causes: Numbness in limbs may suggest nerve or circulation issues. Other causes: Electrolyte imbalance, anemia, or endocrine problems (like low thyroid or adrenal issues) can also cause these symptoms. What you should do: Seek urgent medical evaluation — ideally a cardiologist first. Tests that may be needed: ECG, echocardiogram, blood tests (CBC, electrolytes, thyroid, kidney function), and possibly stress testing. Do not ignore chest heaviness or breathing difficulty, especially if it occurs at rest or with minimal exertion. Bottom line: Your symptoms could indicate a serious underlying problem, and immediate consultation with a doctor is strongly recommended.
