I don't want to use allopathy medicines for long term due to side effects. I would like to use herbal medicines, so please suggest. Pls find my report.

It is not clear if you are already on allopathy medication with the report attached (optimal control as per that one day report with increased fasting). Get an Hba1c done and review in clinic with a Diabetologist to plan ahead
