I sir I am diabetic since 1 year and regular consulting physician but my sugar levels not reduced yet fbs is 163 and ppbs is 230 and hba1c is 9.7 they suggest tab gemer3 how to reduce my sugar level and give me proper diet plan and medicine suggestions
