Diabetes Control in Pregnancy

I am taking sugar control medicine for past 4 years ( Metformin 1000 + Gilimipride 1 ) and my levels were good. hb1ca always in good control (below 5) & immediately after pregnancy doc shifted me to insulin ( livemir 20iu +humalog 6x3 times ) but my sugar levels are not under control. please advise
