I excercise 4-5 hour a day as i worked for army.
My workout
6-7-km daily running ( 3km in morning and 3km in evening)
80 min P.T excercise
I dont eat any sugar products.
Your hba1c and ppbs is elevated. U r pre diabetic.. continue aerobic physical activity.. cut down rice.. include millets fruits and vegetables in diet. Repeat FBS PPBS after a month
