Diabetes & Vitamin D issue

Hello Doctors, I just done my blood testing for Diabetes , reports are: Fasting : 2.620 ng/mL Pp : 8.14 ng/mL Also I have done my vitamin D test which is comes under 13ng/mL. My question to experts ,vwhat should I will follow or do to control my Diabetes and improve my Vitamin D deficiency.

Sugar is reported either as mg/dl or mmol/dl. Check the reports again and consult a Diabetologist. For vit d u will need to start supplementation
