Deviated septum

Please find the attached CT scan report of my nose... Is it necessary to do a surgery called septoplasty to correct the deviated septum? I don't have heavy trouble to breathe at my left side of nose. But sometimes I am having headache at left side. Don't have cold problems.

As you have Left sided headaches, it is evident that your nasal septal deviation is symptomatic and the right maxillary sinusitis is merely a co-morbidity. So, I would advise you to get the surgery done, but get it done as a packless  minimally-invasive endoscopic nasal surgery instead of the conventional septoplasty.
