Hi Just wanted to know does deviated septum cause compression on facial nerves I have s tension headache and one side facial pressure Have deviated septum as well Amixide-h gives some releif Do i need to go for surgery Thanks

headache in ur case can be due to sinusitis( which occurs due to chronic nasal obstruction) or may not be related to it also (can be a migraine) so the point is whether u have nasal obstruction or not? based on that u can decide to go for surgery or not
