Black spot is developing between the front teeth of mine. It looks like cavity. Teeth are looking very urgly. Request for advise.

Hi...the caries in between the teeth can be treated by laser composite fillings if there is no pain in the respective teeth to get good aesthetic result.If u have pain on percussion,it has to be radiographically examined and treated accordingly.

Black spot between teeth can be either caries or black stains. Stains can be removed easily by scaling (Professional cleaning) & if it caries(cavity), it needs to be filled after removal of decayed portion.

Hi, The black spot is most probably a developing cavity. I suggest you see a dentist asap and get it filled. In case it progresses you may end up needing a root canal treatment done.
