For treatment of hypothyroidism started with 75mcg but asked to reduce to 62.5 mcg 6 months back. Attaching yesterday's report. Should i continue with same potency? Plz suggest.

Continue the same dose And monitor your thyroid levels regularly ( once in 6 month then after that yearly)
