Detect fibroids, still get pregnant?

Can I get pregnant for second baby as per my below report: UTERUS: - Anteverted, bulky in size (112 × 61 × 84mm), and normal in size, shape and position. Parenchymal echogenicity is visualized normally. A heteroechoic fibroid measuring 73 × 52mm is seen in the posterior wall of uterus displacing the endometrium anteriorly. Endometrial thickness is 10mm. BILATERAL OVARIES:- Right Ovary:- 30 × 20 × 25 mm: volume 7.8 cc. Left ovary :- 26 x 21 x 24 mm: volume 7.1 cc. Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echogenicity. No adnexal lesion or cyst seen. No free fluid is noted in pouch of Douglas. IMPRESSION: Bulky uterus with intramural fibroid.

The size of the fibroid is big You should get it treated first before planning a pregnancy because size of the fibroid will increase during the course of pregnancy and will cause complications
