Thyroid abnormality like hyper or hypothyroidism is often associated with mental health problems like depression, anxiety or psychosis. Mental health issues and inactiveness is the result of thyroid problems and not the cause. Please visit a physician or an endocrinologist for treatment of thyroid abnormality. Also see a psychiatrist for treatment of any associated mental health issues. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
