My sister has been battling with depression and psychosis for the past 3 years. She was taking Cilate, Risnia and Camcolit. She had defaulted in the meds and has now gotten psychotic again. She was hospitalised and given Zyprexa for 10 days. She is out now on navalpro, zylena and cloment. She is not talking please help.

U need to consult a Psychiatrist. There are long acting antipsychotic injections available. U need to get an injection once in 15/30 days. It will be suitable in ur condition.
