Vitamin B / D deficiency ,
thyroid disorder can lead to depression which remains unresponsive to antidepressant . I will recommend that you get your vitamin and thyroid levels checked .
- There are combination of medications which can be tried if a single antidepressant does not work . However , I would recommend that you speak to your psychiatrist about it and consider switching antidepressant or adding other medications only after consultation .
