See we have no control over what another person does, thinks etc.
It is not easy for any person to forget a break up or the lover. The thing we can do here is change your thought process. Address your concerns
What are your thoughts after the break up. Do you feel cheated? So the word cheat is bothering you. The moment you say the other person is not worth to share my love with , feelings come down. Take control over the situation and not let emotions control you.
Just understand it as an experience from which you have learned .
Time will heal. Get seriously involved in activities you like.
