i can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing . It seems there is some stressful situation in your life which is causing inability to focus on your work these days . You can try and make a simple schedule in which you can break down the tasks into smaller tasks and have breaks in between , try and limit your phone time and use it during the assigned break only .
