Thanks for the query ,At the first place , understand that help and hope is possible in every other situation and try to get out of your suicidal thoughts. At the mild level ,physical exercise ,behaviour therapy and cognitive therapy that is changing your thought processes towards positivity would help.Since you are going through the thoughts of suicide ,meeting up with a psychiatrist and started on medications and psychotherapeutic sessions would certainly be helpful.
