Usually prodep takes 10 days to 21 days to gets its proper response. At times it's dose also need to be increased to get a proper response. During initial periods, prodep may cause gastric irritation and nausea as you are facing this currently. You can use anti acidity and antiemetic medicines for a while. But if nausea is persistent beyond few more days, you need to visit a physician to rule out other causes of persistent nausea. In rare case, prodep might be stopped if that is causing nausea persistently.
