Can not sleep in the nights. Been talking to my Mom who is dead 5 yrs back in my dream.haunted dreams.head ache,uncontrollable anger, can hear a voice within me who says to die or leave home,

As early as possible  do consult a psychiatrist.  Then ,  go for counselling sessions with a psychologist  in the city you live. It is treatable.

consult a psychiatrist. your symptoms of headache, anger are because of lack of sleep. you will require medication i guess and you need to improve sleep hygiene. get a sleep study done if possible. it will help. do you still feel very sad because of your mom's death? if so it needs to be treated.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should definitely get it checked out by a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.  You need counselling. If this issue is ignored, it cqn turn into major depression. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
