I was in relationship with a man..i was in love with him..we even got engaged..but had to face breakup..it has been 1 month..we have been separated..now i feel so depressed..i feel anxiety ..i think about him only all the tym..i try to stop myself from thinking about him..but again and again i m thinking about him..i am not able to concentrate on studies also because of this..i m feel sad depressed all the tym ..what should I do .. please help

Girls its time you flip yourself and perspective ...try to look at the other half which could be good and can also be way better than what has happened . Its wasirr said then done but somewhere we need to restart and identify it as this very moment
