A very closer person is undergoing depression. The problem is that she firstly will not acknowledge that there is a problem and secondly will never visit ha doctor. For her going to a Psychiatrist is a sign of madness. I want to help her but, with her consent. He is upset all the time. Remains quite, has no confidence and runs away from everyone. I need help.

Hello. It is good that you are there to support your friend. If she is not willing for treatment then other methods like helping her go out more and meet people and go to the gym will help. However if things become worse, you must take her at least to the general doctor.
