Hi dear u need to visit a psychiatrist asap personaly and get ur proper evaluation done wid tye doctor and these days depression and panic attacks (mixed episode ) is very common. So plz visit any psychiatrist personally asap else it would get worsen also its for ur own safety and wellbeing. Dr.Ankit Patel Psychiatrist Pune
