Sorry to hear that.
Depersonalization and derealization can start in stressful situations and continue from then. So it's kind of normal response of humans to certain situations.
Try accepting it rather than avoiding or becoming apprehensive about it.
Try to observe it as it is, you will become much better. Be occupied, make a schedule of the day follow it.
Consult a therapist to help through the situation, join online forums where people discuss your issues, you feel much better.
They can also occur in temporal lobe epilepsy- rule out this, consult a neurologist.
