Hi mam....     It is not clear that the last tooth is wisdom tooth(3rd molar)  or the 2 nd  molar teeth... If it is 3 rd molar(wisdom teeth) you can go for extraction If it is 2 nd molar you have to go for Root canal treatment followed by capping of the root canala treated teeth... As the pain in the teeth indicates the cavity reaches nerve layer(pulp) ,Anyway x_ray(IOPA) should be done to confirm the extent of the cavity... Hi if you are taking about your wisdom teeth then yes it’s better to get the tooth removed. U can start a course of antibiotics like novamox LB 500 mg thrice daily for 5 days and take hifenac p which is a pain killer only when u have pain. All medications to be taken 20 mins after food
