I have an impacted wisdom tooth and a pulp exposure in no. 7 .. before that .. going through severe pain. And also a lost crown in left side .

Hi..you need removal of wisdom tooth and root canal of tooth no. 7. While doing capping of this tooth go for capping of left side tooth as well. Regards

So as you know your problem , wisdom tooth will go for extraction only if that tooth is troubling you and tooth no 7 may go for RCT , pain doesn't resolve only in medication , so kindly visit your nearby dentist and get the necessary treatment done
