  4. Dental composite. Anyone have any ideas?

How long a fibre reinforced good quality composite filling lasts. The filling was done last day and the dr said it will stay for a lifetime. however the internet says only for 15 years maximum. Does anyone have any ideas?

The filling will last long if maintained properly. 1. Maintain your oral hygiene properly, Brush twice daily followed by mouth wash. 2.You can also use floss whenever required with proper consultation. 3. See a dentist once every year for routine checkup.
