Can you eloborate your concern? By shiverness do you mean sensitivity to cold ? If yes, there can be various reasons for it.
If limited to a single tooth it can be due to cavity. In multiple teeth it can be due to improper brushing leading to a defect in teeth causing sensitive portion of tooth exposed or it can be due to deposits on teeth leading to redness and bleeding in gums and sensitivity in teeth.

Sourness could be due to several reasons. It could either be due to tartar and calculus deposit in your teeth; or due to a dental decay, or due to an abscess that has started to ooze out pus.
Get a checkup done in your nearby dental clinic and get scaling done to remove tartar deposits. If needed, get any decay or cavity restored.
At home you can do some warm saline rinses to give you temporary relief from the problem. Hold the warm water in your mouth for 15-20 seconds after each sip.
