Hello, I am a 32-year-old woman and my right side molar is a little broken after many years, now there is a cavity and plaque tartar pan ani. Pus blisters appear near the gum.

From the clinical history provided ,it seems the right molar has abscess as you mentioned pus blisters near gum. Please visit dentist ,for clinical &radiographic examination .The tooth might need to be root treated or removed, with or without antibiotic cover.
