Hello there. I can understand your concern. There is nothing called mild, moderate or severe dengue. Either you have it or you don't. You cannot have it mildly and all. If you are having dengue, then please show some reports as evidence or else don't consider it as dengue. As i said, there is nothing like mild ,moderate or severe dengue. Either you have it or you don't.
