I think I have been bitten by a dengue causing mosquito and it's been four days since then. I have headache now.

You can not be sure that mosquito was carrying germs of dengue or Malaria Observe symptoms of fever and shivering You have headache. Check temperature and take a tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg Lots of water and ORS types of liquids

It is unlikely that you were bitten by a dengue causing mosquito as your symptoms don't match the clinical picture of dengue. If you develop a high grade fever, chills, body pain and weakness, kindly visit the ER and undergo further investigations such as CBC, peripheral smear, Dengue IgM, etc and get treated accordingly.
