My daughter is dengue positive. presently the platelet is 1.88 lakhs. any suggestion would be helpful

Not to worry if she is taking orally well and active. Maintain hydration, soft diet, intake of fruits.

Platelets is only part of disease complex..if her activitiy and oral intake is good then no issue .

Don't worry about platelet. Keep her hydrated. Watch for vommiting, abdominal pain,reduced oral intake,urine output .
