I had dengue 15days back, I feel too week but NS1 is negative and igg is also negative, I checked blood platelets test it's Normal varies from 2.2 to 2.6lack, I do not have any symptoms which matches to dengue fever, but weekness, what action to be taken, any vitamin tables to be taken if yes name the tablet, still how many days I have to suffer
