Diagnosed with dengue- IGG. Fever for first 4days. Now no fever for last 3 days but platelets are decreasing from 1.91lakhs to 1.54 lkhs. Wbc is increasing from 2800 to 3500. Something to be worried

Nothing to worry as platelet drop is common in dengue fever.you should consult doctor if platelets come down to 50,000.
