Dengue fever/platelet reducing

I have got Dengue fever and My platelet count is reduced to 138 in 24hrs. However my doctor hasnt suggested any medicine for dengue. he has given normal antibiotics. Can i have any tablet of papaya leaf extract which will help yo increase the platelet count? if yes, please provide tha name of the tablet.

Today is what day of fever? If it’s between 4-8 days from day one of fever , you need to observe platelets closely. Papaya leaf extract is controversial for increasing platelets. If ur platelet reduces further you may start it, as it doesn’t have much side effects
