Hello No dengue fever is not communicable means it’s not transferable to others It is only spread through mosquito bite ..it generally happens that same mosquito bites multiple individuals and so its spreads

If anyone at your home is having dengue than it doesn't mean that you will not get it. It is transmitted by a mosquito bite. So, every other members in family must use a mosquito repellent creams, use mosquito nets while sleeping, wear full sleeve clothes to protect one from bite.
