My son is 13 yrs. his antigen for dengue came positive. Today is his 3rd day. In starting his fever was going high till 104-5. Now it's going till 103. He is having loose motions 3-4 times a day and vomit twice, at mid night and afternoon. Now his temperature is 99.9 and he is shivering like anything. What should I do? I just have given him Meftal 500 at 11:40. Dolo was given at 9:15.
