Delivery between 34-35 weeks

Due to diabetes and high amniotic fluid with footling breech position, delivery is planned in between 34-35 weeks, lung maturity injections already given in 28th week and repeated dose at 33 week also. Will the baby be okay at this point to deliver?

It will be developed well but the lung maturity is less So baby might need NICU stay if there is any respiratory issue
