My periods are delayed by 4 days and i am recently very stressed out and i am having enormous back pain

If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
