I got my last period on July 5th and my cycle is mostly regular.. I didn't get my period yet for this month.. Pregnancy test is negative as I expected.. Should I wait for few more days?? What could be the reason for delayed periods??

It could be because of hormone imbalance..repeat pregnancy test after 5 days to rule out pregnancy
