After using Familion OCP(as per doctor's advice) the pill is ended on Monday but periods do not come till now ...is that the pills caused delayed periods?

No , They wll regularize cycles U can see for 10-12 days after stopping femilon If not consult for evaluation

No the pill does not cause delayed periods This in fact regulates irregular or delayed  periods There is a wait period of up to 10 days after the last dose
