If both the partner are 100% fit and all the reports are fine and also doctor said all ok and there are no such major issues then still how much time it takes in an average to conceive ? Why it takes so many months of time to conceive considering everything is fine ?

Approximately 3 months The answer why it is taking long would require detailed investigations in the form of AMH to understand how the ovaries are functioning Hsg to see if safe tubes are open or not and semen  analysis At age 31 if you have tried for 6 months without success you need medication rather than waiting for natural conception
