If you are sexually active do a pregnancy test.if negative do other hormonal test

Get ultrasound scan done and blood test to know the reason.

The periods can get delayed due to anemia, hormonal imbalance like PCOD, thyroid issues etc. You can get evaluated and the treatment can be given accordingly.
