I don’t see any thing wrong. She is growing and many milestones have variable times to achieve. Gross milestones also are attained at wide spectrum of ages. In case of doubt get developmental assessment.

Your child is running a little below time. And the things your child does are good but you must visit a paediatrician for proper assesment We need to assess other domains as well so it will be better if you visit in person to a paediatrician

There are good social skills present, which is reassuring. However, absence of pointing and waving by 17 months and limited expressive language justify a developmental assessment. This does not confirm autism, but the child should not simply be observed without follow-up.

Greetings Your daughter shows many wonderful strengths, including excellent eye contact, strong name response, and social engagement through peek-a-boo.The hand-flapping, W-sitting, and lack of pointing are common developmental variations that warrant monitoring but are not definitive signs of a developmental disorder.Your doctor's recommendation for play school is an excellent, proactive step to encourage peer imitation, social communication, and independent walking.Early intervention programs or specialized speech and occupational therapy consultations can provide targeted strategies to help her transition from scratching to functional communication.Every child develops at their own unique pace, and addressing these specific areas early provides the best foundation for her growth.
