Hello, provided if you are healthy and not on any medications,, it is simply due to breathing through mouth while you sleeping which causes drying of throat, or sleeping I. air conditioned room. Breathing through mouth could be due to, more weight, frequent nose blockage or due to bad posture while sleeping. Try to reduce some weight, daily exercise will make you sleep better, sleep in a well ventilated room, sleep straight in a well relaxed position. Keeping yourself well hydrated (around 2.5litres of water a day) will help. Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol (if any).
