10 days back got fever and cold in rapid test positive. Took azithromycin 500 2 for 5 days and multivitamin c vitamin kofclear syrrup.then on thursday got negative in rapid test. Now frequent urination yellow color and little pain.taken coconut water electral powder ors also 2 glasses. What else to do
